Dr. Kristee is an author, public speaker, motivator and facilitator of positive experiences.

Dr. Kristee provides a variety of programs and services to promote change, growth and healing for individuals, groups and communities. These “experiences” are uniquely tailored trainings, workshops, and lectures that include didactic (teaching or information sharing); experiential (personal activities for learning; self-reflection); and practical (action planning and next steps) components. Dr. Kristee intentionally incorporates creative strategies to advance learning (e.g., music, media clips, visualization, affirmations). As an African-centered psychologist, Dr. Kristee integrates mental health and wellness, spirituality, gratitude and diversity into her work in a way that is easy to understand and practically apply. B.R.E.A.T.H.E. is an acronym for healing created by Dr. Kristee that is frequently utilized in her activities as a speaker, consultant, workshop facilitator, and community healer. 


While not currently providing individual, couples or family therapy, Dr. Kristee is a Licensed Psychologist in California with expertise in Black/African Centered Mental Health.

Community Healer

Dr. Kristee is a founding member of Safe Black Space Community Healing Circles, which began in April 2018 after the killing of Stephon Clark, an unarmed Black man, by the Sacramento Police.   Visit https://www.safeblackspace.org for more information.

Dr. Kristee is an Emotional Emancipation Cirlce SM (EEC) trainer and facilitator.
